Напомним, на прошлой неделе стало известно о новом уголовном деле в отношении Мусаевой, которое возбудили по статье о дезорганизации деятельности колонии(часть 2 статьи 321 УК), женщине грозит до пяти лет лишения свободы по этой статье.
По версии следствия, Мусаева якобы напала на сотрудника ФСИН, который сопровождал ее в ежедневных поездках в больницу, ударила и сорвала с него погон. Зарема эти обвинения отрицает и говорит, что физически не могла напасть на силовика.
Напомним, Мусаева страдает хроническим заболеванием — инсулинозависимый диабет второго типа и с трудом передвигается даже с помощью трости.
