Установлено, что в августе 2024 несовершеннолетний во время нахождения на детской площадке одного из домов села Бердигестях получил травму в виде закрытого перелома спинки носа со смещением в результате толчка в спину матерью другого ребенка.
"В связи с этим суд по иску прокуратуры взыскал с женщины в пользу пострадавшего ребенка 50 тысяч рублей в счет компенсации морального вреда и 6 тысяч рублей за материальный ущерб", - сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры республики.
