Пока мы были в путешествии, я страдала от отсутствия нормальной еды на завтрак.

Я записывала в блокнотик все, что хочу сделать, когда вернусь домой, а потом увидела у Али эту бомбу и не сдержалась, побежала за лососем, чтобы сделать гравлакс и удивить мужа к выходным.

ГРАВЛАКС из лосося

Ингредиенты:
- 500г филе лосося
- 120г соли
- цедра одного лимона
- небольшой пучок укропа
- 1 ч/л сахара

Как готовить?
1. Смешать соль, сахар, цедру лимона и нарезанный укроп
2. В контейнер или на фольгу высыпать половину соляной смеси, выложить лосося и засыпать второй половиной соли однородно
3. Завернуть, закрыть и убрать в холодильник на 24 часа
4. Слить лишнюю жидкость, достать из контейнера и промыть холодной водой от соли
5. Промокнуть полотенцем и нарезать на слайсы
6. Засоленное филе можно частично заморозить

Теперь дело за малым - сделать бомбу ❤️
