Курица тушкой или по частям?

Часто кажется, что купить курицу целиком добавит работы на кухне в сравнении с покупкой кускового мяса курицы, а получится не так уж бюджетно. Но так ли это?

Как получить максимум из одной курицы?

Тушка 2,5кг:

- отделить бедра и ножки для запекания (4 кусочка) - 2 порции ужина
- отделить большие филе (получится 10-12 котлет по 70-75г) - 6 порций
- нарезать маленькие филе на мелкие кусочки для жарки для салата - 2 порции
- отделить крылышки (замораживаю, когда собирается 8шт - готовлю разом) - 1 порция
- каркас разделяю пополам - 2 бульона (8 порций)
- кожу отделяю для собаки или могу добавить немного в котлеты для сочности.

Получается, что из курицы 2,5кг за 450Р можно приготовить 8-10 порций белка на ужин и основу для 8-10 обедов.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
