Сперва мужчину оштрафовали на ₽30 тыс, затем посадили на 14 суток. После того как он отсидел положенный срок, Баязитова отпустили, однако на следующий день правоохранители его снова задержали — тогда против бизнесмена-заукраинца инициировали уголовное дело по статье о возбуждении ненависти и вражды (ст. 282 УК РФ), отправив обратно в спецприемник.
