После нашей публикации об этом происшествии Тушинский межрайонный следственный отдел следственного управления по Северо-Западному административному округу возбудил уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п. "а" ч. 1 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Фигурант задержан. Следователи столичного СК приступили к его допросу. Проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего.
Ход и результаты расследования находятся на контроле в Центральном аппарате СК России.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
