Не прошло и года. Буквально. Я писал о своем впечатлении об институте гастрономии в Красноярске и о намерении с ним сотрудничать. Вчера Сергей Яковлев подписал соглашение между нашим регионом и Сибирским федеральным университетом.

Мы будем готовить кадры для индустрии по лучшим мировым образовательным программам. Для этого наши учебные заведения СПО будем объединять в экосистему и внедрять туда общие мировые практики, приглашать лучших специалистов. Институт гастрономии СФУ — единственный в России партнёр французского института Lyfe, реализует программу Высшей школы гастрономии от Institut Lyfe Executive Education (Institut Paul Bocuse).

Первых студентов в техникуме будем встречать в сентябре 2025 года.
