18 октября 2021 года Постановлением Губернатора Семенов Михаил Олегович освобожден от замещаемой должности Вице-губернатора – первого заместителя Председателя Правительства Рязанской области. Трудовой договор расторгнут на основании ряда пунктов служебного контракта, связанных с допуском к гостайне.
"Люди, имеющие статус государственного служащего, особенно занимающие такие высокие должности, обязаны соблюдать целый ряд ограничений. Те, кто в любой форме нарушает эти ограничения, работать в Правительстве области не должны. Прошу это учесть всех, кто хочет остаться в нашей команде." - прокомментировал губернатор Николай Любимов

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
