Батареи остыли во всех домах на улицах Мира, Ленинградской, Пацаева и Попова. По информации единой диспетчерской службы города, отключения связаны с аварией на котельной АО «Пензтеплоснабжение».
Предварительно, причиной стали перебои в подаче электричества. Также в диспетчерской уточнили, что отопление не вернется в дома до устранения аварии.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
