Напомним, что такой механизм уже был отработан на продукции легкой промышленности: одежде и обуви. Сейчас его предлагают распространить и на остальные немаркированные товары, конфискованные по решению суда. Всего сейчас маркируется 27 товарных групп, в том числе это еда и лекарства.
Важно, что при этом конфискат будут проверять на безопасность. Если экспертиза признает его непригодным для использования, он пойдет на утилизацию, переработку или уничтожение.
