По данным следствия, в 2017 Кельбах незаконно выделил одной из компаний, занятых в строительстве магистрали, более 2 млрд рублей, а двумя годами ранее эта же компания по его указанию получила из бюджета еще 3,9 млн.
Третий эпизод связан с выплатой еще одной компании 132 млн за разработку документации по ЦКАД. Как установило следствие, эти работы не были предусмотрены федеральной программой.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
