Власти Балашихи строят для себя новое здание администрации. Проект получил положительное заключение Мособлэкспертизы.

Здание будет двухуровневым - 6 и 10 этажей. Общая площадь составит 12 тысяч квадратных метров. В нем оборудуют просторные кабинеты для чиновников, переговорные, обеденный зал и подземный паркинг. Ввод в эксплуатацию запланирован на 2024 год.

Разработкой проекта занималось архитектурное бюро А2M, которое работает преимущественно в Подмосковье, в том числе с местным правительством. Именно эта компания готовила проекты областных перинатальных центров, музея Зои Космодемьянской и ряда других зданий.
