Заказчик в рамках контрактов перечислил исполнителю 50 млн рублей, но по состоянию на май 2023 г. квартиры для детей так и не купили. По мнению правоохранителей, налицо хищение бюджетных средств и халатность Минпросвещения КБР к выполнению условий госконтрактов.
