28 января, в рамках XXXlll Рождественских чтений в зале заседаний Общественной Палаты РФ прошел круглый стол: «Участие священнослужителей в работе общественных наблюдательных комиссий по общественному контролю за обеспечением прав человека в местах принудительного содержания».
В работе круглого стола принял участие благочинный Нальчикского округа Пятигорской и Черкесской Епархии член ОНК Кабардино- Балкарской Республики протоиерей Валентин Бобылев. На заседании обсуждались вопросы тесного взаимодействия Общественной Палаты, УФСИН РФ и Общественных Наблюдательных комиссий субъектов Российской Федерации.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
