В топ-100 лучших авиакомпаний мира 2021 от Skytrax российский нацпер поднялся с 22 на 14 место, обойдя KLM, Turkish Airlines, Swiss, Air New Zealand, Etihad и других мировых лидеров.
Половину "Лучших авиакомпаний Восточной Европы 2021" составили российские перевозчики. В топ-10 также вошли S7 Airlines (3-е место), "Победа" (6-е место), NordStar (7-е место) и "Россия" (8-е место).
Рейтинг за 2021 год составлен на основе расширенного опроса клиентов, который из-за пандемии и глобального кризиса в мировой авиаотрасли проводился почти два года - с сентября 2019 по июль 2021-го.
Согласно результатам голосования клиентов авиакомпаний, Qatar Airways заняла 1-е место по всему миру, Singapore Airlines - 2-е место, а All Nippon Airways - 3-е место.
