Вообще-то в сентябре прошлого года спикер регионального заксобрания Александр Котов объяснял, что «парламентский час» не собирается без нужды, и что он «должен быть посвящён актуальным проблемам конкретного момента и их решению». Так что, либо депутаты видят эти самые проблемы в работе ПсковГУ, либо руководству университета зачем-то понадобилось заручиться поддержкой парламентариев.
