В ближайшем будущем на "перекрестке эпох и стилей" вырастет восьмиэтажный жилой дом, рассчитанный на 185 новоселов. В нем запланировано 87 квартир. Под зданием разместят подземную парковку, благоустроят детскую площадку и места для отдыха.
