Нижне-Волжское управление Ростехнадзора выявило нарушения обязательных требований на объекте ООО «ЛУКОЙЛ-Астраханьэнерго»
Ростехнадзор выявил 47 нарушений требований промышленной безопасности при эксплуатации ОПО II класса: «Сеть газопотребления ООО «ЛУКОЙЛ-Астраханьэнерго» (ТЭЦ)».
Установлено, что: ➡️ в паспортах водогрейных котлов отсутствуют записи о принятом решении о вводе в эксплуатацию; ➡️ исполнительная схема трубопроводов сетевой воды, расположенная в помещении водогрейной котельной, не соответствует исполнительному чертежу, приложенному к удостоверению о качестве монтажа трубопровода; ➡️ В журнале регистрации нарядов-допусков на производство газоопасных работ допущены изменения ранее внесенных записей.
В отношении юридического лица и двух должностных лиц составлены протоколы об административном правонарушении по части 1 статьи 9.1 КоАП РФ.
