Стартовал в закрытые продажи проект на 2-ой Мосфильмовской - WOODS. Цены готовых квартир, поэтому, чтобы купить там хатку - надо очень любить гольф ну или творчество старика McAslan. За виды покупать бессмысленно - с одной стороны закрывает старая глыба Донстроя…

Люди уже бронят сказки в WOODS по 850 тыс. руб./кв. м.

Девелоперу понятно - ему не жмет - квартир продавать мало - строить 2 года. Но нахера за такой прайс это клиентам - на такие вещи должна отвечать поликлиника.

Думается, что вот в этом проекте цены, конечно, не просядут, просто это не нужно не девелоперу, не радостным клиентам. А вот был бы этот проект побольше - тогда пошли вниз через полгода.

Девелоперу понятно - ему не жмет - квартир продавать мало - строить 2 года. Но нахера за такой прайс это клиентам - на такие вещи должна отвечать поликлиника.

Думается, что вот в этом проекте цены, конечно, не просядут, просто это не нужно не девелоперу, не радостным клиентам. А вот был бы этот проект побольше - тогда пошли вниз через полгода.
