А вот на месте Метровагонмаша в Мытищах пока ПИК стройку начать не может. Не могут разобраться с водонапорной башней. Спихнуть её как башню на Борце не получилось.

Если башня Густава для ПИКа - была приятным пяр инфоповодом, то башня Метровагонмаша в Мытищах - типичный ОКН, который приносит только геморрой и никакой радости.

ПИК повторно, без изменений пытается протащить концепцию застройки завода, где башню ОКН просто поставили в уголок. Спасибо, что не сносят!
