Площадь проекта - 63,5 тыс. кв. м. с высотой от 35 до 65 метров. Будет странно, если это согласует город. Ну очень просто для рынка роскошной Москвы. Дешевят.

Говорят, что на Шаболовке Vesper въебали строить доминанту на 180 метров. Если перфекционисты смогут такой малой кровью отстреляться, будет странно.
