Продолжаем новости Басманного района Столицы. На месте раздолбанного сарая во дворах пытаются согласовать мед. центр на 4,7 тыс. кв. м и 6 этажей.

Это происходит на ЗУ "Новорязанская, 38 стр 2". Раздолбанный сарай построен в 1937 году. Ранее там был детский сад, позднее - театральная школа-студия театра "Арлекин" под руководством некого Мелконяна.

Город пока отказывает такому проекту. Центр - жители всегда - пассажиры сложные, по сути стройка во дворе - много недовольных появится. Посмотрим, что же согласуют на месте очередного неэффективного строения. Кстати, этот ЗУ должен был попасть в КРТ, но был исключен.
