Довольно приятная архитектура получилась у Основы на ЗУ "8-я Соколиной Горы, 26А". Эту площадку они купили у Ак Барса и смогли перекинуть из апартов в квартиры. Другие два проекта, купленные у Ак Барса - "Потешная, 5" и "Электродная, 2А" - остались апартами…

И если другие две - так и выкинули на рынок в апартах, то тут заморочились, перекинули в квартиры. Вероятно, подумали, что она самая ликвидная из пачки Ак Барса. Будь моя воля, то Потешную тоже бы перекинул, ведь пару не далеко. Но, кто-то сел на калькулятор и понял, что плата за ВРИ, компенсация за социалку - дороже, чем квартиры в проекте.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
