Архитектура по канонам роскошной Москвы: "окна побольше, фасад побелее, террасы, остальное в стиле очень строгого, минимального минимализма", но с фишками в виде арок, балконов и сервисов с инфраструктурой - есть ФОК с бассейном, например.

За хорошие виды надо хорошо заплатить, сейчас экспонирование - 1,5 млн за квадратный метр. Как бы, а какие варианты - внутри Садового цену ниже давать сейчас никто не будет.
