✅Брокколи- 1 кочан ✅Огурец- 1 шт. ✅Морковь- 1 шт. ✅Фасоль- 1 банка ✅Зелень- по вкусу ✅Растит. масло (нерафинированное)- 2 ст. л. ✅Уксус (яблочн.) или лимонный сок- 2 ст. л. ✅Чеснок- 2 зуб. ✅Соль- по вкусу
✏️Для начала бросаем соцветия брокколи и варим 2-3 минуты.
✏️В это время быстро натираем морковь и огурец
✏️Отваренную брокколи обдаем холодной водой и режем на удобные кусочки
✏️Добавляем промытую холодной водой фасоль. Зелень- по вкусу
✏️Делаем заправку из соли, чеснока, уксуса и растительного масла (лучше нерафинированного). Перемешиваем и добавляем в салат.
✏️Тщательно перемешиваем все ингредиенты. Подаём. Ангела за трапезой! 😇

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge.
