✅Зеленая гречка- 100 г ✅Горький шоколад- 100 г (1 плитка) ✅Кокосовое молоко- 100 мл ✅Финики (мягкие)- 3-4 шт.
✏️Зелёную гречку промываем и заливаем чистой водой на ночь.
❗️Утром я, конечно же, не успела заняться приготовлением, поэтому ещё раз промыла гречку от слизи. И снова залила чистой водой. Так что если вы что-то не успеваете, ничего страшного! Просто промывайте гречку каждые 6-8 часов. Если появятся ростки, тоже ничего страшного! Из пророщенной гречки этот десерт тоже получится.
✏️Перед использованием гречку снова промываем. Перекладываем в чашу блендера.
✏️Берём горький шоколад. Растапливаем импульсно в микроволновке. Добавляем к гречке. Вливаем растительное молоко (у меня кокосовое). Добавляем 3 – 4 мягких финика.
Если финики жёсткие, заранее залейте их кипятком.
✏️Перемалываем. Раскладываем по формам. Убираем в холод на пару часов. Полезный и сытный десерт готов! Ангела за трапезой!😇
