Подробности дела не разглашаются, но близкие музыканта сообщили, что ему вменяют часть 2 статьи 205.2 — «призывы к терроризму через сеть интернет», ему грозит от 5 до 7 лет лишения свободы.
На время следствия Андрей Шабанов останется в СИЗО. Мера пресечения, о которой известно близким — 2 месяца.
