После первой атаки БПЛА на порт Усть-Луга в январе прошлого года губернатор распорядился выделять бюджетные средства на укрепление позиций противовоздушной обороны. Строились специальные вышки, инженерные сооружения, были приобретены специализированные автомобили, которые военные затем оснастили оружием. Также закупалось специальное оборудование для подразделений по борьбе с дронами.
