На участке площадью 12 гектаров запланировано 326 тыс. кв. м жилой застройки. Это 20 жилых домов и бизнес-центр высотой 7-67 этажей.

Архитектурное решение разработало бюро Apex.

Проект реализуют в четыре этапа. Первый из них включает пять корпусов высотой 7-30 этажей. Этот этап сдадут в первом квартале 2027 года.

Ввод всего комплекса намечен на второй квартал 2029 года.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
