Еще в июле "Мосэлектрощит" и "Ковровский электротехнический завод", которыми владеет Александр Плакида, передали принадлежащие им 100% "УТЗ Актив" в залог компании "Актив-Энергия".
По данным "Ъ", стоимость сделки могла составить около 10 млрд рублей.
Ранее "Интер РАО" приобрела другие активы на рынке энергомашиностроения, в их числе 65% в "Сименс технологии газовых турбин" и ООО "Воронежский трансформатор" (бывшее ООО "Сименс энергетика трансформаторы").
