Информация о грядущей добровольной Алексея Логвиненко появилась вечером 16 января.
Как оказалось, на своей странице депутат Гордумы Наталья Оськина разместила скриншот, на котором повестка грядущего заседания депутатов. Оно якобы должно состояться 28 января.
В повестке указан пункт «Об отставке по собственному желанию главы администрации Ростова-на-Дону».
Дума Ростова официально никаких официальных заявлений пока не делала. Однако журналисту 1Rnd уже несколько источников подтвердили ее достоверность.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
