«Гарант Рейл Сервис» получила сертификат на кассетные подшипники китайской Wafangdian (ZWZ) для грузовых вагонов
К выпуску с поставкой на российский рынок из Китая одобрены подшипники с габаритами 150 x 250 x 160 мм для осевой нагрузки 25 тс. Назначенный срок службы – 16 лет, ресурс - 1,6 млн км пробега. Выданный сертификат соответствия ТР ТС 001/2011 будет действовать 1 год, до конца января-2024.
Объем выпуска установлен в 200 тыс. ед. в соответствии с контрактом, подписанным в начале декабря-2022. Ранее гендиректор «Гарант Рейл Сервис» Николай Кошелев сообщал «Коммерсанту», что в 2023 году планируется ввоз около 50 тыс. таких подшипников.
Кассетные подшипники из Китая и Узбекистана были одобрены к применению в ремонте грузовых вагонов в ноябре-2022 на фоне ухода из России производителей из ЕС и США, имевших совместные предприятия в стране. В конце октября-2022 подшипники другого китайского производителя - LYC Bearing – для поставок в Россию сертифицировала НВРК.
