QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) — это японская система быстрого реагирования на возникающие в процессе производства несоответствия, касающиеся качества продукции. Один из ключевых показателей эффективности системы QRQC для БМЗ — сдача готовых тепловозов заказчику с первого предъявления.
После признания опыта реализации проекта на БМЗ успешным систему QRQC начали внедрять на других предприятиях ТМХ.
