Es gibt Hinweise und Indizien (danke!) die zur berechtigten Annahme führen dass es sich um einen gut gemachten (Pic 2) Fake handelt (Pic 3, die angeblichen internationalen Nachrichtenquellen laut grok führen zu einer obskuren Webseite).

Ich recherchiere diesbezüglich noch und werde eventuell was nachliefern.
Ich habe mit gut hinterlegten Fakes gerechnet, um neuen Medien oder politischen Akteuren zu schaden:
