Таганский районный суд Москвы оштрафовал компанию Mozilla Corporation на 3,5 млн рублей за отказ удалить деструктивный контент.
Суд признал Mozilla Corporation виновной в правонарушении, предусмотренном ч. 2 ст. 13.41 КоАП РФ и назначил наказание в виде административного штрафа размером 3,5 млн рублей.
Mozilla Corporation является «дочкой» компания Mozilla Foundation. Ей были переданы функции по разработке и распространению интернет-браузера Mozilla Firefox.
