По данным ведомства, очевидцы пытались ему помочь, один из спасающих мужчин также провалился под лед, но его успели достать и увезли в больницу.
Спасатели на следующий день подняли с семиметровой глубины велосипед погибшего, а после четырех дней поисков в сложных условиях извлекли из реки его тело. Все это время на льду хозяина ждала его собака Белка, говорится в сообщении МЧС
