Вечером демонстранты собрались у парламента, начав атаковать силовиков камнями и поджигая электрошкафы. Спецназ применяет против протестующих водомёты и дубинки.

Участники акции пытались выломать ворота парламента, а также стреляли в спецназ фейерверками. Известно о нескольких пострадавших.

Вчера на акции пострадали несколько десятков человек. Протесты возобновилась после решения властей отложить переговоры о вступлении в Евросоюз до 2028 года.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
