Банк «Санкт-Петербург» взыскивает 6.4 млрд. рублей с АО «Небанковская кредитная организация «Национальны расчётный депозитарий» и «Euroclear Bank».
Ранее «Eroclear Bank» были заблокированы расчёты с ценными бумагами, включая российский госдолг.
Как сообщает «Коммерсантъ», Минфин России, направил средства в Национальный расчетный депозитарий, оттуда они были переведены в Euroclear и теперь лежат на его счетах.
Речь о двух выпусках еврооблигаций. Платежи более чем на $71 млн и на €26,5 млн были назначены на конец мая.
Российским держателям облигаций никаких выплат не производится, «Euroclear Bank» прервал отношения с АО «Небанковская кредитная организация «Национальны расчётный депозитарий».
Скорее всего, «Банк «Санкт-Петербург» вынужден в судебном порядке разрешать вопрос с замороженными средствами. @ruarbitr
