Арбитражный суд Москвы отказал Росбанку в аресте имущества финского Nordea Bank ABP и его российской дочки ООО «Промышленная компания «Весткон» рамках дела о взыскании более 14,3 миллиона евро.
«Росбанк» обратился в суд с заявлением о принятии предварительных обеспечительных мер. Банк просил наложить арест на денежные средства, находящиеся на счетах Nordea Bank ABP, включая корреспондентские счета, в том числе в «Юникредит банке» и счета типа «С», и на денежные средства, находящиеся на счетах ООО «Промышленная компания «Весткон».
Росбанк также просил запретить ООО «Промышленная компания «Весткон»распоряжаться принадлежащим ему имуществом стоимостью более 5% балансовой стоимости всех активов за исключением операций, связанных с обычной хозяйственной деятельностью, а также запретить Nordea Bank ABP распоряжаться 100% долей в ООО «Промышленная компания «Весткон». @ruarbitr
