⚡️Сильный пожар в Анапе охватил волонтёрский штаб «Шлагбаум». В штабе собираются волонтёры, которые очищают Бугазскую косу от мазута.

Пожар охватил площадь в 1000 квадратных метров. Горят корпус для проживания и столовая.

На месте работают несколько пожарных бригад, две бригады скорой помощи. Эвакуированы 26 человек. Предварительно, пострадавших нет.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
