* 2 варёных яйца
* 1 авокадо
* 11 оливок каламата
* 2 щедрые горсти шпината
* 80 г брынзы или молодого козьего сыра
* 2 ст. ложки оливкового масла
* соль & перец по вкусу

Нарежьте яйца и авокадо, порубите оливки и шпинат. Сыр можно покрошить руками. Добавьте оливковое масло, соль и перец по вкусу. Готово 🖐🏽
