Высотные жилые дома хочет возвести на четырех участках специализированный застройщик «Мичурина 27». Речь идет о территории бывшего ГПЗ-4. Раньше проект не получил согласование на отклонение от предельных параметров разрешенного строительства.
Предыдущие обсуждения проходили с 23 ноября по 14 декабря 2024 года. Городские власти не разрешили построить небоскребы высотой до 250 метров, так как конфигурация участка не позволяет строить такие высотные объекты и рядом нет нужной социальной инфраструктуры.
