✔️Морковь 🥕 80 гр. Половинка средней моркови, ✔️Картофель 🥔 100 гр. 1 средняя, ✔️Тыква 🎃 200 гр. ✔️Сливки 10% 40 мл. ✔️Хлеб 🍞 1 кусочек, Кусочек сливочного масла или гхи.
Приготовление:
▪️Картофель, тыкву и морковь почистить, нарезать и отварить примерно 30 минут. ▪️Все отваренные овощи перебить погружным блендером, ▪️Добавить кусочек сливочного масла или масла гхи, сливки примерно 40мл. И еще раз взбить блендером. ▪️Хлеб нарезать на кусочки, отправить в духовку на 15 минут 180° Готово!
*на данное количество ингредиентов получается на 2 порции каши.
*Крем суп получился без комочков и сладеньким за счет тыквы. Ребенок сьел все!

"So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
