Как писала «Сапа», вечером 25 февраля мужчина в ходе конфликта в районе бывшего мясокомбината в Цхинвале выстрелил из огнестрельного оружия в 39-летнего сотрудника СОБРа. Правоохранитель получил сквозное ранение голени правой ноги. Стрелок скрылся с места, но вскоре был задержан.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
