Manche Schulen oder Schulträger wie Kommunen oder kirchliche Einrichtungen in Hessen haben allerdings laut Ministerium über eine eigene Hausordnung auch das Mitbringen von Drogen etwa in Taschen untersagt. In diesen Fällen könnten in Schulen etwa Cannabis und Alkohol sichergestellt und später den Eltern ausgehändigt werden.
