Напомним, в Черкесске днём 20 февраля, когда судья Арбитражного суда Казбек Салпагаров и замруководителя казначейства Мурат Эльканов шли из кафе, на одного из них напал прохожий. После чего, рядом резко остановилась машина, из которой выбежали четверо мужчин, вооружённые битами. Они принялись забивать Салпагарова и Эльканова, затем нападавшие ограбили еле живых жертв и скрылись.
По подозрению в нападении разыскивались Арсен Чагаров, Тимурлан Каракотов, Мурат Богатырев и Мурадин Айбазов.
Спустя 10 месяцев один из членов банды задержан, рассказали в МВД. Его заключили под стражу. Розыск остальных продолжается.

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
