Прокурор заявила, что не считает нужным подробно обсуждать доказательства в прениях, но считает вину Горинова полностью доказанной. Смягчающим обстоятельством при этом прокурор назвала состояние здоровья, а отягчающим — рецидив преступления.
Ранее Горинова уже осудили на 7 лет за «фейки» о ВС РФ.
