К Березовой роще в Академическом районе Екатеринбурга, которую прямо сейчас оградил забором и вырубает застройщик, пришла жительница с японским мечом, катаной. «Это спортивный инвентарь, у меня девятый дан [уровень]», — сказала она.

Сегодня в Октябрьском районном суде Екатеринбурга прошло заседание, на котором защитники рощи требовали судебной экспертизы и приостановки работ в Березовой роще до решения суда по вопросу признания ее охраняемой природной территорией. Суд экспертизу назначать отказался, следующее заседание пройдет еще через 3 дня.

Сейчас люди собираются у рощи, туда прислали полицию и автозак.
