Участники школы — это победители хакатона «РешайБыстрА» по решению кейсов Быстринского ГОКа. По словам сотрудников предприятия, участие в интенсиве в Забайкалье — один из призов для победителей. Среди других бонусов, которые получают участники, — внеочередное право на стажировку на предприятиях горно-обогатительного комбината.
