Среди крупнейших недостроенных инфраструктурных объектов оказались строящиеся инженерные коммуникации к массовой застройке в микрорайоне Глумилино в Октябрьском районе стоимостью 82 млн рублей (заморожены с 2011 года), подготовка территории южной части жилого района "Затон Восточный" в Ленинском районе стоимостью 159 млн рублей (с 2011 года) и реконструкция магистральной улицы Воровского на 350 млн рублей (с 2013 года). Соответственно, невостребованными остались и многие проектно-изыскательские работы на сумму 257 млн рублей.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
